"FCA is important to me because in the chaos of sports, it’s the calm. Sports can be overwhelming and sometimes the competitiveness of it, can take over you and lead you to act in ways that you’re not proud of and that wont please God. FCA helps me ground myself in those moments, even if it’s just a weekly meeting, it helps me remember who I am playing for and the reason I am able to play in the first place. Not only do I see the effect FCA has on me, but on my teammates, fellow FCA competitors, teachers, and fans."
