"One reason FCA is important to me is because you get to be around other people with the same intentions as you. It is such a great thing to get to be around other athletes who want to grown in their relationship with the Lord, and still be able to have fun. A second thing of why FCA is so important to me is because it allows me to invite friends and classmates who might not know the Lord, to come have fun, eat some pizza, and learn about him from our different speakers at our huddles. A third thing about why FCA is so important to me, is that it has allowed me to grow as a leader. My ninth grade year, I was shy and had a difficult time even getting up singing with the worship team. by my 10th grade year, when they asked for different volunteers to give their testimony at fields of faith in of kids, God gave me the strength to volunteer to give my testimony and speak in front of all of those people. If it weren’t for FCA, I would’ve never been able to learn how to share my testimony out loud!  God has given me a love for sports, especially Football. Through FCA, I have learned to use athletics and my love for Football to help lead others to Christ."
